Cannot view attachments after download in TouchDown for Android

Issue/Introduction

I can download attachments, but I can't view them.

Resolution

You will need to have an attachment viewing application such as Quick Office or Documents to Go to view most attachments. The Pro version is usually needed for more complex files such as .TIFFs or Excel documents. Please read about the application specifications before purchasing to make sure you are getting the best product for you and your business needs.
