Incorrect French translations and UI defects in ProcessManager portal

Issue/Introduction

1. In Knowledge Base tab in the web forms Add/view KB article, Add/view Wiki
form, Add/view Bulletin form, Add/view FAQ form the title appears as Ko,
whereas it should be KB.

2. In Process Automation > Incident Management or Change Management > Email
Templates > lightning bolt icon: the 'Edit Email Template' menu action is
translated into French as 'Supprimer un modele de courrier electronique' while
it should be 'Modifier un modele de courrier electronique'.

3. The button sizing is incorrect in some web forms
 3.1. Send Email form (Envoyer une notification électronique) in the Process View page.
 3.2. The French text 'Ajouter une planification' does not fit into the button. Switch to Report tab in the portal, click lightning bolt icon next to any
report, click 'Planifications'.
