Web Archive fails with Error Code 2403

Issue/Introduction

The following error is thrown when running a Web Archive export:

Code 2403
Summary Export web archive failed
Detail Failed to create archive "webarchive_test" for user Administrator. Failure occurred at incident 1.

The following error message will be seen in the tomcat log:

SEVERE [com.vontu.manager.report] Error exporting the report.
Cause:
java.security.PrivilegedActionException
com.vontu.manager.ProtectManagerException: Error exporting report for action {0.EN_US}
com.vontu.util.jdbc.DatabaseRuntimeException: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 4120 bytes (session heap,kxsFrame4kPage)

Resolution

This error is resolved in 10.5.3 or higher.
