Data Loss Prevention Enforce

Issue/Introduction

While importing a solution pack to newly installed Enforce server, it comes back with the following error

 

SEVERE: Unable to connect to: com.vontu.model.ojb.OJBLockManager:127.0.0.1:37328

The Solution Pack install completed with errors. The database is in an inconsistent state.

Resolution

This error indicates that Vontu Notifier process is unable to connect to the Database while importing a solution pack.

Please make sure the Vontu Notifier service is running, if it is stopped then start it again and try to import a solution pack.

Also while importing the solution pack make sure all other services are stopped except Vontu Notifier as directed in Administration Guide.
