Issue/Introduction

• The Enforce Server displays the alert "1807 - Response rule command runtime execution failed from error: Error executing command: notify"
• Users are no longer receiving emails for Incidents.

Cause

Multiple:

1. A service may have stalled
2. A lookup plugin resolving the names of the senders may have failed

 

Resolution

1. Stop and then start all of the Symantec DLP services.
2. If you have a lookup plug-in that is resolving the names for notification, check the integrity of the input (eg. if CSV file). In one case the root cause was found to be corrupted entries in the input CSV
