Issue/Introduction

After an upgrade from v10.x to v11.x the email addresses or domain addreses exclusions will not work, triggering incidents. 

Resolution

After an upgrade to v11.x the email addresses or domain names listed as exclusions will not longer work, therefore the incident will be created anyway.

The exclusions must be listed separated by commas (as usual) and each email address or domain name has to have an "@" character before.

Sometimes the customers have huge lists of exclusions, to quickly edit all the exclusions sĂ­mply copy the contents to a notepad  in windows or text editor in linux, create a search and replace for every comma +space  ", " and replace it with [email protected] ", @".
