Issue/Introduction

When the Endpoint agent is installed, endusers are not able to send files to SAP application, such as Excel documents.

"SAP" stands for Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing.

SAP is an Enterprise Resource Planing - Software product that helps you to manage all the resources of an organization.

Resolution

The SAP application does not allow latency when documents are being sent to it, This is an issue if clipboard monitoring is enabled for Agent Configuration.

The work around is to disable Clipboard monitoring on endpoint agents that have SAP installed.

The optimal solution will need to come from SAP with having their application allow latency for monitoring of files.
