The ps.ead File on Endpoint does not compact

Issue/Introduction

The policies on the Endpoint are stored in the ps.ead file. 
Due to a bad policy being pushed to the Endpoint, this file became large. 
After deleting the policy, the ps.ead file remained large.

Resolution

The ps.ead file does not get compacted when policies get removed. 
The policies may be smaller, but the file will not be smaller. 
Uninstalling and reinstalling the agent will recreate the file.
