Issue/Introduction

Applicable to Version 10 only.

I could not see the incident's detail information when I login with an account with a specific “Incident access” setup.

Steps to reproduce (if known):

 

-       Specify one attribute to some incidents

-       Create a new role with “Incident Access” able to show only incidents with that specific attribute

-       Create a new user and assign it to the role

-       Logoff and login as the new user

-       You will be able to see the list of the incidents but when you click to see the details, you will get an error

Resolution

Apply the Hotfix Version 10.0.0.18003
