Returning INSTDATA field from CA LDAP.

The default INSTDATA field from the FDT (Field Descriptor Table) is not being returned from CA LDAP. The other ACID data is returned but not the INSTDATA field.

'disable_acid_details' set in slapd.conf will prevent the INSTDATA fields and other acid data from being passed for performance purposes.
