Long Delay in Printing from Outlook with DLP Agent running

Issue/Introduction

There is a long delay of 1-5 minutes when printing from Outlook when the .pst file is not on the local system and encryption is turned on. 

Resolution

By default the Endpoint Agents use the logged in user's temp directory from their profile to spool and does Content Extraction from that directory.

Workaround:

Have customer turn off encryption on the logged in user's temp directory.
