Issue/Introduction

You have relocated your Enforce server to a different domain and can no longer log in to the Enforce UI.

Resolution

Test connectivity with TNSping to your Oracle SID, which is usually "protect"

If you cannot successfully communicate with "protect" then check the following .ora files.

1) tnsnames.ora

2) listener.ora

Make sure these files are pointing to the new domain and not the old one.

Note: the files should be located in $ORACLE_HOME/network/admin/
