When attempting to view Indexed Documents, RSOD (Red Screen of Death) appears

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to view the Indexed Documents in Enforce, the Red Screen of Death appears. Localhost.log shows the following:

Cause:
com.vontu.util.config.ConfigurationException: The value "D:\Vontu\Protect\documentprofiles" of configuration property "com.vontu.documents.dir" doesn't specify a valid folder.

Resolution

This error indicates that the:

Vontu\Protect\documentprofiles

folder either does not exist or does not have the correct permissions. To fix the problem, ensure that the folder exists and that full permissions are given to the protect and protect_update accounts.
