Error during installation: Cannot create user

Issue/Introduction

During the installation of the Enforce server an error dialog pops up with the following:

Setup

User Create Failed

net use failed

No valid response was provided.

The installation fails.

Resolution

Relevant version:  8.0 and up

If the password provided for the protect user is over 14 characters, the 'net user /add' command expects an additional response to a Y/N question.  If no response is received, the user creation will fail.
