Unable to delete a policy group on the DLP Enforce

Issue/Introduction

When deleting a policy group you get the below error:

The policy group (ID: XXX, Name: XXX) is used in role authorization. Please remove it there first.

Resolution

The Policy Group may be part of role authorization. Remove check mark from the user role that the Policy Group may be associated with. To do this, go to DLP Enforce UI > System > User Management > Roles, go to each of your role and under Policy Management tab remove the desired policy group from the Policy Groups section.

Additional Information

If you are unable to delete a policy group you may want to log in as Administrator.

If all policies are greyed out under Policy Groups section, remove temporarily View Only/Edit for Server Administration under Server Management tab.
