CoCreateInstance Failed error in Job0.log

Issue/Introduction

When trying to use a Scanner you receive the following information in your Job0.log

19/02/2010  17:11:24: Job0: CoCreateInstance Failed
19/02/2010  17:11:24: Job0: Failed to init

Resolution

The Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package ATL Security Update must be installed on the machine running the system that has the scanner installed.
