Issue/Introduction

Printing emailed reports results in clipped data.

Resolution

Relevant version:  7.0

To print reports correctly:

  1. Open Enforce.
  2. From the left pane, under Administration, select System Settings.
  3. Click Configure and enter values for the following:
    1. Server
    2. System Email
    3. User ID
    4. Password
  4. From the Distribution radio buttons, select Send Reports as Email Body Text.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Go to the incident snapshot you want to print.
  7. To send the incident to yourself as an email, select Incident > Send Now.
  8. From Microsoft Office Outlook, print the report results.
