It may be necessary to clear the Catalina Cache to resolve issues related to the DLP Web Interface
These issues can range from not being able to login, 404 Error, RSOD, or web content not loading properly.
Corrupt Catalina Cache
Windows Enforce Server
1. Shutdown the Vontu Manager service
2. Shutdown the Incident Persister service
3. Go to the following directory on the Enforce server C:\SymantecDLP\Protect\tomcat\work\Catalina\localhost
4. Rename the localhost folder to localhost.old
5. Restart the Vontu Manager service
6. Restart the Incident Persister service
Linux Enforce Server
1. Shutdown the Vontu Manager service
2. Go to the following directory /opt/Vontu/Protect/tomcat/work/Catalina
3. Rename the localhost folder to localhost.old
4. Restart the Vontu Manager service
Windows Enforce Server
1. Shutdown the Symantec Manager service
2. Go to the following directory C:\Program Files\Symantec\DataLossPrevention\15.1\Enforce Server\tomcat\conf\Catalina
3. Rename the localhost folder to localhost.old
4. Restart the Symantec Manager service
Linux Enforce Server
1. Shutdown the Symantec Manager service
2. Go to the following directory /opt/Symantec/Data Loss Prevention/15.1/tomcat/conf/catalina
3. Rename the localhost folder to localhost.old
4. Restart the Symantec Manager service
