How can a specific protocol, such as Print/Fax be set to avoid triggering incidents?
You have two options:
- In the UI, log in as Administrator, go to System> Agents > Agent Configuration. Select the appropriate configuration. Under the Enable Monitoring section, disable Printer/Fax.
- Modify the policies and add an exception for Endpoint Destination > Printer/Fax , that way they can determine in a more granular way what should trigger incidents and what not on printing/faxing.
