The end customer wishes to customize specific screens in the Enforce console by modifying the html/xml code which is located in the Vontu/tomcat installation folders.
Product customization of this kind is prohibited and such modifications must not be undertaken by either support or the end customer. Installations that are modified in this way may lead to indeterminte or unexpected behavior and for example can cause future upgrades to fail. Such environments would be regarded as unsupported until returned to their default state.
If a customer truly has a requirement for such modifications then they should ask support to file an enhancement request to product management outling a suitable business case, or they should engage consultancy services from a suitable Symantec partner to have the customization performed in acceptable manner. The partner will then be responsible for supporting these customizations going forward.
