Issue/Introduction

The end customer wishes to customize specific screens in the Enforce console by modifying the html/xml code which is located in the Vontu/tomcat installation folders.

Resolution

Product customization of the Enforce console screens by modifying the HTML/XML code is prohibited and should not be undertaken by either support or the end customer.

Such modifications may lead to unexpected behavior and can cause future upgrades to fail.

If a customer truly has a requirement for such modifications, they should ask support to file an enhancement request to product management.

 

Therefore, it is not recommended to customize the Enforce console screens by modifying the HTML/XML code.
