Issue/Introduction

Package download is failing.  Notification Server error logs are full of "Unable to get the package codebases for the specified packages, ..."

During package Refresh daily schedule, logs show "Unable to map HTTP virtual directory: pkggroup_GUID Invalid URI:  The format of the URI could not be determined ..."

Cause

 Missing registry key value:  "HKLM\Software\Altiris" Website is blank.

Resolution

 Set this registry key to it's default value: IIS://LocalHost/W3SVC/1/Root/Altiris
