Issue/Introduction

In Controls Studio, when you click Question Mappings  you receive and error dialog.

 An error occurred while loading data for "Idle Session Timeout":

The maximum message size quota for incoming messages (65536) has been exceeded.  To increase the quota, usethe MaxReceivedMessageSize proerty on the appropriate binding element.

Resolution

1. If no longer in the console, launch the CCS Console.
2. Launch Task Manager and find the SymConsole.exe*32 process.
3. Right click on SymConsole.exe*32 and click Open File Location.
4. Find and open the file symantec.csm.contentmanager.studio.exe.config file.
5. Press Ctrl+F to launch find and type maxReceivedMessageSize and click Find.
6. Increase the maxReceivedMessageSize value and Save the changes.
7. Close the CCS Console.
8. Log back into the CCS Console.
