Issue/Introduction

Line breaks in variables (for example, Incident Description or Incident Resolution) are not properly sent in email templates.

Cause

Product defect.

Resolution

This issue is fixed in Workflow Rollups:

  • 7.5 SP1 build 7.5.3001.111 and newer (HOWTO95421)
  • 7.6 build 7.6.4383.511 and newer (INFO2509)
