After upgrade from SMP(Management Platform) 7.1 to SMP 7.5 getting lots of errors as "Failed to Process NSE"

Checked the NSE processing in eventqueue and it was fine. Tested in test environment and no issue observed related to it.
According to warning message in the Logviewer there were blacklisted GUIDs in the Agentblacklist table. Able to Isolate the GUIDS with the issue which were as follows
Truncated the agentblacklist table to resolve the issue. Please refer to KB 157217
Note:
There is no functionality loss doing the truncate agentblacklist table; however, if the customer wants, please take a backup of Symantec_CMDB before making any change.
You will need to wait for a day after truncating the agentblacklist table to get the errors to disappear.
