Issue/Introduction

When adding equipment to an Incident, list of assets retrieved from CMDB and shown as a list include Retired and Disposed assets. Inactive assets should not be shown for selection, or perhaps shown optionally.

Cause

No checks for Asset Status is made in ServiceDesk 7.5

Resolution

This issue has been fixed in ServiceDesk 8.0
