Errors with DLP components in Workflow 7.5

Issue/Introduction

When using the "Get Incident Binaries" or "Get Incident Details" DLP components in Workflow 7.5 you encounter errors.

When using the "Get Incident Binaries" component it will exit out the Failed path of the component.  If you log and capture the Error Message output variable the message below will be logged:

"The maximum message size quota for incoming messages (65536) has been exceeded. To increase the quota, use the MaxReceivedMessageSize property on the appropriate binding element."

When using the "Get Incident Details" component it will exit out the Failed path of the component.  If you log and capture the Error Message output variable the message below will be logged:

"Error in deserializing body of reply message for operation 'incidentDetail'."

 

 

Resolution

The attached zip file contains an updated DLP component library that resolves the issue.  The version of the updated library is 7.5.3001.13.

In order to implement the solution:
Close any open Workflow projects, Workflow Manager and any other Workflow tools or utilities such as the Log Viewer.
Stop IIS (from command prompt 'iisreset /stop')
Stop the Symantec Workflow Server service.
In Windows Explorer go to Program Files\Symantec\Workflow\Shared\Components.
Locate the existing Symantec.Components.DLP.Reporting.dll and copy it to a safe location.
Extract the zip file and copy the updated Symantec.Components.DLP.Reporting.dll to Program Files\Symantec\Workflow\Shared\Components overwriting the existing file.
Start IIS (from command prompt 'iisreset /start')
Start the Symantec Workflow Server service.
