*TSS9000I TSS R15 SYSB TESTPLEX 16.0 KO ACTIVE 

Why is it displaying R15 on a R16 system?

Resolution

If you issue a TSS MODIFY command  and check for TEXTTSS. This control option replaces the string 'CA Top Secret' in reports and messages. Any string may be used.

Likely you have TEXTTSS set to 'TSS R15 SYSB TESTPLEX' in the TSS parameter file. This is why the TSS9000I and TSS9099I are showing that string.
