Inconsistent throughput with HTTP POST in SWG proxy component

Issue/Introduction

When transferring some pdf files through the SWG Proxy component using the HTTP POST command, SWG performance for all file uploads appears to slow down significantly.

Resolution

Symantec is investigating at this time.
