Understanding Rulesets

When importing a ruleset to an existing one (same name), what will it do? Is it going to replace the entire ruleset, replace only the rules with the same name or just append the entire ruleset?

Resolution

When importing a ruleset to an existing one (same name), Below are the expected results. 

• Replace only the rules with the same name
• If any new rule, It will add to the ruleset
