Issue/Introduction

If a location is required to Resolve Incident and location is not set, Description on Work Incident form is empty. This results in original Incident Description being overwritten with what is entered in the form with the original description being lost.

Cause

Product defect. The variable used in Incident Response form is never populated with Incident Description when path to forced Location selection is followed.

Resolution

The fix for this is found in TECH212326.  There is a replacement SD.IncidentManagementSimple project that contains the resolution for this issue.
