Emails are not being sent out after upgrading Endevor to release V18.0.9

Issue/Introduction

I have just upgraded Endevor SCM to incremental release V18.0.9 and now I am getting the following:

  ESMTPTBL NOT COMPATIBLE WITH BC1PNTFY, NO EMAILS SENT.

What was missed in the install?

Resolution

The message usually means that the ESMTPTBL is not assembed using the current 
release of Endevor SCM.  Make sure that the CSIQOPTN for V18.0.9 is in the SYSLIB.

ESMTPTBL file is not at the same level of the internal program BC1PNTFY.

Reassemble the ESMTPTBL and refresh the LLA if necessary.
*  It must be linked with the same name specified in the C1DEFLTS ESMTPTBL = Parm

*  It must be loaded from steplib/joblib/linklist
