Known Issue caused by a registry setting that was introduced to allow for the package refresh process to search for and distribute files with hidden attributes. Otherwise those files (which are rare) are omitted from distribution.

This issue has been resolved in the Symantec Management Platform 7.1 SP1 MP1 Rollup v9 or later. Also 7.5x and 7.6x.

Workaround for older versions: Set this registry key to "False" or delete this key.
Registry Key "HKLM" "Software\Altiris\eXpress\Notification Server" "VisiblePkgFiles" is set to "True"

Please make a backup of the registry key before changing or deleting it.
