Issue/Introduction

When a KB article is created with a title containing an apostrophe ('), "Show More" link will not be functional.

A good example is a KB article with title containing "User's Guide".

Cause

The article title is included in the javascript link to open a virtual window without escaping some special characters. An apostrophe invalidates the link.

Resolution

This issue is fixed in Workflow 7.6 and ServiceDesk 7.6.

Workaround:

As a workaround for this problem, please avoid using apostrophes in the article title.
