Microsoft Bulletin: MS13-081-wusa.exe Windows6.1-KB2862330-x64.msu initially installs successfully; however, following the initial install, it continues to reinstall with failures.

Appears to be a problem regarding the IsInstalled Rule source code.

This issue was resolved in PMImport 7.1.472 released 10/18/2013.
