The Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) Home tab reports Security Status - Attention Required next to a red X. Clicking the red X or the View Details link does not provide any information regarding the cause of the problem. The SEPM Home tab also reports Attention Required under License Status.
Security Status is reporting the licensing issue however Security Status Details does not contain a section to display the licensing issue.
Security Status Details updated in 12.1 RU2 with a segment titled License Problem. If Security Status reports Attention Required due to a licensing issue the issue will be noted in Security Status Details under License Problem.
