When using Symantec Encryption Management Server (formerly known as PGP Universal Server) in environment where DNS Round Robin or Load Balancer is not available, you might want to provide reference to few SMTP servers in the configuration of SMTP Proxy of SEMS in order to make a provision for failover to different SMTP server without reconfiguration of the SEMS setting.
This feature request will help to introduce the high availability options for the configuration of SMTP Proxy in SEMS and achieve communication redundancy without reconfiguration of the servers.
