Attempting to view the Symantec Messaging Gateway (SMG) message queues via the Status->Message Queues page returns an error indicating that the contents of the selected queue cannot be retrieved.
Control Center error:
Cannot retrieve the contents of the message queue. Please check the Control Center log files for detail.

This is caused by duplicate entries in the Protocols->Domains list.
Removing the duplicate domain from Protocols->Domans by selecting one of the duplicates and clicking 'Delete' will address this issue.
