Users of, for example, the Mail Encryptor app on iOS devices with a PGP-EML format key will notice that they receive messages containing two attachments, indicating a PGP/MIME format message:
No error message is displayed.
The ability to encrypt using the PGP-EML encoding format was first introduced in Symantec Encryption Desktop 10.3.
Upgrade to Symantec Encryption Desktop 10.3 or above.
