Issue/Introduction

1. Install full ITMS 7.5 with all the optional components
2. Go to Internet Options for IE.
3. In General tab click on Languages.
4. Remove all the languages from the list so that it is empty.
5. Open console and try opening one of the following pages:
Actions -> Discover -> Import Microsoft AD
Actions -> Discover -> Import Domain Membership/WINS
Actions -> Agents/Plug-Ins -> Push SMA
Actions -> Agents/Plug-Ins -> Rollout Agents/Plug-Ins


Symantec Management Server Error is shown, unhandled exception logged.

Known issue.

Resolution

This issue has been reported to the Symantec Development team. A fix will be available in a later release.

Workaround: have at least one language set as preferred (like en-US).
