Symantec Endpoint Encryption (SEE) HP 8440p or 8460p non-token users are stopped by this message: “The inserted token is not responding. Please make sure that the token is correctly inserted and try again.”

Resolution

This issue was partially fixed in SEE 8.2.1 MP3. If you still have this issue with MP3, please update to MP7 or later to resolve.
