Symantec Web Gateway (SWG) Content Filter fails to update when SWG is configured to use a proxy for Web Gateway secure communication (SSL) with Symantec Threat Center.
There are no errors being logged in the UI but the Content Filter Version status on the Administration:Updates page shows that no update have been received.
Please contact Symantec Support and provide this document ID for a possible solution to this issue.
