Issue/Introduction

 An admin creates a report with a custom filter in the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM).  When another admin attempts to modify this report, the filters that were previously applied to the report are not accessible and cannot be selected in the drop-down menu.  Saving your changes results in the report using another filter.  

Cause

 Custom filters are created on a per user basis.  Filters are only accessible by the admin that created them.  For more information, please see the following article:

Resolution

As a workaround, you can choose to edit the filter and it will load the filter settings created by the other admin.  This will allow you to resave the filter under the currently logged in account.  You can then select the newly created filter when editing the report.  

However, this will only work if the filter was created by a SEPM user with lesser permissions.  The Default Admin can see all the filters created.  A Full Admin can see the filters created by a Limited Admin.  The Limited Admin, can only see filters created by other Limited Admins.
