 When submitting messages using Mac OS X mail client, customer- specific submissions do not result in the creation of a custom rule.


When submitting from Mac OS X Mail client with Rich Text Formatting selected no rule results from the submission.


Modifying the mail format in the Mac X Mail client from rich text to plain text resolves the issue.  After the modification rules will show under the Submission Detail view immediately.
