All supported releases and platforms of DevTest.
The scope of the DevTest support team is to address product defects, suspected defects and general advice.
Unfortunately is it out of our scope to provide demonstration of product functionality, customizations for functionality and for modified virtual services or recommendations for specific configurations as these are highly dependent on factors such as workload, shared resources and so forth, in addition to machine specification and execution environment.
The use of custom jars, non-standard DevTest jars or jars that are not suggested in the DevTest documentation are also out of scope for support.
We highly recommend that you contact Professional Services via your Broadcom Account Manager in order to obtain assistance in this instance. If you do not know who your Broadcom Account Manager is, please open a new support case on the Broadcom Support Portal, and we will be glad to contact them on your behalf.
