When creating an Endevor Package Ship Post Script, will it affect the destination at all? Will any of my existing shipment destinations be affected by this? Will this only happen if a 'SCRIPT-FILE' has been defined to the destination?
The documentation does not explain what happens at the destination when using a post script.
It is imperative that additional JCL isn't included into my production deployment JCL.
Is this something I have to be concerned about?

Resolution
Post scripts are created in the move processor (as an example) not at the destination. When executing the processor all symbolics and system variables are resolved for the script. When you ship the package to the remote location the script will then be executed depending on if it is a before copy or an after copy. A before script is run before the module has been copied to the mapped location and the after script is run after the module has been copied to the mapped location.
No modifications are ever done to the destination.
