Clients recieve the popup requesting certificate acceptance when the Software Update Cycle runs to install Java updates.
Confirmed the install command is running properly to maintain silent install.
This is specific to the environment configuration and cannot be resolved through Patch Management Solution.
This can occur on any installed version of Java and will need to be resolved via the Java configuration / installation. More details found at Oracle.
