Customer is getting an error when trying to view the hardware status of the appliance.
They get a red x and the error "Hardware Status could not be retrieved from the host: 127.0.0.1" when going to the (Status -> Hosts -> Hardware Status) page.
They also see an error in the brightmaillog.log, "DataAccessException: An unexpected database error has occurred. Please contact your system administrator. ; nested exception is: com.mysql.jdbc.MysqlDataTruncation: Data truncation: Data too long for column 'cpu' at row 1"
This error was caused by giving the VM more than 4 CPU's.
We dropped the VM down to 4 CPU's and the errors stopped occuring.
The Installation Guide specifies that Symantec recommends "up to" 4 CPU's.
