How to locate the CCS Console folder

Issue/Introduction

You want to know where the CCS Console folder located.

Environment

CCS 12.6.x

CCS 12.7

Resolution

On the machine that has the CCS Console installed:
NOTE: The console folder location is per user, it is not a shared between users.

• Login to the server as the specific user.
• Open Windows Task Manager
• Click on the 'Processes' tab
• Locate SymConsole.exe*32, right click and select "Open Folder Location "

The folder location should look something like this (see the example below)
