Issue/Introduction

you run Live Update after a collector installation.
Live Update fails as it looks for the Product.Catalog.LiveUpdate file in the wrong directory
(/opt/Symantec/LiveUpdate/Product.Catalog.LiveUpdate on a Windows machine)

ERROR: Exception caught while reading product catalog from /opt/Symantec/LiveUpdate/Product.Catalog.LiveUpdate.
Details:

Cause

Live Update cannot find the Product.Catalog.LiveUpdate file

Resolution

To solve the issue, install any 4.4 collector on the machine.
The framework will get updated to 2.4x and Live Update will function correctly.
