BUG REPORT: Client Licensee count and Last Use date not updating on Symantec Encryption Management Server

Client Licensee Count stays at 0 even after enrolling client machines with the Symantec Encryption Management Server. The Last Use date that is normally visible under Drive Encryption Computer Information screen will also not show a date for the last time the client accessed the server.

Licensee Count should update with every client machine that enrolls with Symantec Encryption Management Server.

Last Use - Date and Time is missing for the user



Symantec Corporation is committed to product quality and satisfied customers. This issue is currently being considered by Symantec Corporation to be addressed in a forthcoming version or Maintenance Pack of the product.
